In 2024, Rista founded Rheka Jewelry. Rheka Jewelry is a reminder jewelry brand with mission in woman empowerment that embodies the duality of strength and softness in women. Inspired by woman's inner strength & balance through Mindfulness. Rheka is not just a jewelry, it's a movement to encourage women to embrace both their strength and softness (their gaia and athena side).

Together with Rheka Jewelry, Rista founded Sahabat Rheka, a community of empowered women who embrace balance, mindfulness, and personal growth. As part of the Rheka Jewelry movement, it is a safe space for women to support, inspire, and uplift each other, combining growth mindset with self-care and spirituality.

Through conversations, events, and shared experiences, Sahabat Rheka encourages women to navigate life with both strength and softness, creating a network of like-minded individuals who believe in living with intention and purpose.

In 2025, Rista founded ngecekin.co.id, independent property inspection platform operating in Bali, Yogyakarta, and Jakarta. Designed to bring transparent and professionalism to Indonesia’s property market, the service helps clients verify real on-site conditions before renting or buying.

 

After struggling to find a rental in Bali—almost falling into scams and her experience in facing a long, risky property buy/sell process—she realized not everyone knows how to properly check a property. And truly neutral, professional services are hard to find.​

 

That’s how the idea for ngecekin.co.id came to life: an independent property checking service that doesn’t sell, doesn’t take commissions, and has zero marketing fluff.​

 

With a background in startups and product management, Rista and the team built a transparent, standardized, and professional system for independent property inspections—while still keeping it affordable.
