Product/Project Manager & Co-Founder - Gamanesia

​Co-founded this IT startup company (together with my lecturer in university). We work together with organization and government by build web and mobile applications solutions in various industries such as agriculture, education, psychology and social sectors.

• Led and managed development team (Web Developer, Android Developer, UI/UX Designer).

• Translated business requirements to technical requirements, write user stories, provided backlog management and
  prioritized the tasks.

​

• First point of contact & bridging clients, stakeholder, customers/users, industry expert, contractors/freelancers, and in-house development team.

​

• Led research team, did user research & interview, lean experimentation, quantitative and qualitative analysis, try to understand user pain point and think about how to solve their problem.

• Helped in QA (Quality Assurance) and developed digital marketing strategy.

​

• Helped company in Agile transformation (previously waterfall) by implement Scrum framework in day to day work basis.

​

• Managed to actively looking for new networking contacts especially people from similar industry & did follow-up to cultivate ongoing relationships.

• Helped on recruitment process and built the "Agile Organization Culture"

• Achievements: Won various IT National competitions with our research and apps especially with "Sinau" Game Education for elementary students in 2015
