  • Act as captain of the ship for 2 products.

​

  • Having “helicopter view” / big-picture vision to find the right direction to drive the growth of the product by work cross-functionally (matrix organization) with other departments such as marketing, sales, and customer success.

​

  • Analyze data, metrics, trends, user/customer research, market research, and built user persona to have deep
    understanding of the needs of the user and solve the user pain point, access product health and improvement opportunities.

​

  • Act as the first point of contact (manage demand and request, bridging) to the development team, stakeholders, clients,
    partners, users, and government.

​

  • Create Product’s Roadmap, OKRs, translate business requirements to technical requirements, write user stories, provide
    backlog management and do feature prioritization with “least effort, great outcome” mentality.

​

  • Manage the development team (Full Stack Developer, QA, UI/UX Designer, Data Analyst) using Agile (Scrum and Kanban)
    framework on day to day work basis.

​

  • Being servant leader-mentor, coach, and motivate the development team to get maximum sprint release and productivity,
    streamline the process & delivery plans, and keep track of production milestones on every development projects.

​

  • Achievements: Improved the User Experiences (UI/UX) and App Retention Rate by 30%, successfully improve on-boarding process (increase the conversion rate by 22%), identified up-sell & cross-sell opportunities to increase sales of the company by 10%, successfully drive growth of the product to achieve PMF/Product-Market-Fit.
